A Brand Manager implements a variety of marketing initiatives along with a team. Their primary responsibility is to improve the winery’s brand exposure in the marketplace and increase sales of the winery’s products.
They perform a wide range of marketing activities to achieve these goals including developing marketing strategies, creating an advertising plan, performing market research, and planning media engagement. It is a high level role that is very important for the success of the company.
Responsibilities
- Market analysis, opportunity identification and brand strategy
- Identify segments with the On Trade and retail markets and develop marketing strategies
- Prepare market reports for brand owners
- Analyze market conditions and prepare reports for stakeholders
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to deliver promotional events
- Identify new merchandising opportunities
- Complete brand plans for all major brands within the Wine category
- Represent the company at trade events and other public appearances
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or 5 years of proven experience in field
- Ability to travel and work on the go
- Must have own transportation with a valid drivers license

- Able to work autonomously in a sometimes high-pressure work environment
